“ At the end of the first week, I was pretty much ready to throw it all in, but I stuck with it and I wanted to keep going because I was starting to feel the improvements. I had much more energy and was feeling a whole lot better about myself. Since then, I've finished a triathlon, been cycling, hiking and white water rafting in Northern Spain, and have joined a running group at work. If it wasn't for Michelle, I wouldn't have done any of these things. ”
“ I have been attending group training sessions with Michelle over the last couple of months which I have enjoyed immensely. I really enjoy the variety in the sessions and Michelle is great at coming up with things that are suitable for everyone in the group.

“ I started a personal training program with Michelle following the birth of my second child. It was fantastic because I could take my baby with me in the pram during our training sessions. My fitness improved and it was nice to spend that time doing something just for myself.
When I went back to work, I continued training with Michelle and a number of my colleagues joined up as well. We all look forward to our weekly training sessions because we can forget about work for an hour and focus on enjoying “me time”. The women in my group all have different levels of fitness but Michelle is able to tailor the sessions to suit each one of us individually. I wish I started doing this a long time ago! ”
“ I first contacted Michelle several months after I completed treatment for breast cancer, during which I had surgery, chemotherapy and radiation. Needless to say I was keen to get back to ‘normal’ and was dismayed to find that I seemed to have no energy or staying power even to be able to enjoy activities such as walking and cycling.
Trying just to get straight back to feeling fit and confident simply wasn’t working for me, so I asked Michelle if she could work out a program for me to follow to gradually build up my fitness level. I have to say that it was the best decision I could have made. Within twelve months I had gone from having difficulty walking a couple of kilometres to cycling in the Big Canberra Bike Ride and taking part in the Mothers’ Day Classic. It was wonderful to feel healthy, well and confident again! ”
